Note: All payments are made in Canadian Dollars. Refund and limit of Liability: In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the event, Art of Light Photography (Mark Thomsen) will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments recieved via the method of payment recieved for the event package. Art of Light Photography (Mark Thomsen) takes the upmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing of digital media and photographic hard media. In the unlikely event that photographic media is damaged, stolen or destroyed for reasons beyond the contol of Art of Light Photography (Mark Thomsen) liability is limited to the return of all payments recieved via the method of payment for the event package. The limit of partial loss of media shall be a prorated amount of exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals.
Security deposits: In the event of cancellation by the client, the security deposit is non-refundable. It shall be liquidated damages to Art of Light Photography (Mark Thomsen) in the event of a breach of contract by client. The client shall also be responsible for payment for any material charges incurred up to time of cancellation.
